Shipping & Exchange

Shipping

We provide free, one-way ground shipping on all U.S. orders over $98, from our location in Scottsdale, Arizona.  We are pleased to also offer free shipping  on exchanges for orders over $300.Please keep in mind that orders placed after 12:00pm Arizona Time are not guaranteed to go out the same day. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed.

Exchange or Store Credit Only: 

We do not offer refunds. If you are unhappy with your unworn, packaged, and tagged garment for any reason, you may exchange it in accordance with the Exchange/Store Credit Policy below. We are always happy to offer store credit for any item that you don't wish to keep.

Exchange & Store Credit Policy:

We are pleased to offer free exchanges and store credit on orders over $300. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on orders less than $300. The fastest way to exchange a product is to email us regarding the situation within 3 days of delivery at help@carolinascouture.com. If you are unhappy with your unworn, packaged, and tagged garment for any reason, you may return it in accordance with the Return & Store Credit Policy below.

Return & Store Credit Policy:

  • We are always happy to offer store credit for any unworn, packaged, and tagged garment that you do not wish to keep. Please immediately email us at help@carolinascouture.com regarding the situation.
  • Carolina's Closet Collection LLC will only accept return or exchanges on items purchased on www.carolinascouture.com. We cannot accept returns on items that were purchased elsewhere. 
  • Customers will be responsible for all return or exchange shipping costs on orders less than $300, unless we ship you an incorrect and/or damaged item.
  • Items purchased from Carolina's Couture via www.carolinascouture.com can only be returned using this policy. Boutiques that carry products merchandised by Carolina's Couture will not be accepted as returns of items purchased at www.carolinascouture.com
  • All items returned to www.carolinascouture.com must be in re-saleable condition, with original product packaging and tags attached. Items returned to us that don’t meet these standards will be returned to the customer. Carolina's Closet Collection LLC reserves the exclusive right of final judgment to determine whether an item meets the aforementioned standards.
  • Items purchased from carolinascouture.com are eligible for a store credit or exchange if contact has been made up to three days after delivery date
  • Contact us at help@carolinascouture.com with all inquiries regarding returns for store credit and exchanges 
  • Carolina's Closet Collection LLC reserves the right to make final judgment on all returns and exchanges.
  • Free exchanges or store credit are offered on products purchased from carolinascouture.com if they are received by you to be damaged or in poor condition. Within 3 days receipt of damaged items please email us help@carolinascouture.com to begin processing your return. Damaged items will not be accepted unless they are equipped with original product packaging, with tags attached, and without any evidence of wear or tear.
  • Exchange Process:

    To exchange an item/items, please take the following steps:

    1. Contact Carolina's Couture within 3 days of package delivery at help@carolinascouture.com
    1. Complete the carolinascouture.com return form received with your package. The fastest way to exchange a product or get store credit is to e-mail, explain the reason for exchanging and return your original purchase as soon as possible. If you have lost your form, please contact us and we will provide a new one.
    1.  Include the following in your package: (a) the items (with tags attached and original packaging) to be returned, (b) the return form in a package that is sealed.

     *Please note: we are not responsible for lost packages. Packages must be shipped with postage pre-paid. We will not accept COD’s.
